Mentored by his father Eugenio, the founder of European Window Co, Carl joined the company in 1998 and has played a pivotal role in shaping its success. Passionate about people and committed to constant improvement, Carl's vision guides the company's direction into the future.
Marco Di Gregorio

With over 12 years of experience in building design and construction, Marco brings extensive knowledge and skills to his role. He holds an Advanced Diploma of Building Design and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, making him a valuable asset to our team. Marco is passionate about building strong relationships with his clients and takes pride in finding creative design solutions that meet their unique needs. His attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in every project he undertakes.

He is responsible for overseeing procurement, production scheduling, and the preparation of all necessary production paperwork. With a strong carpentry background and over 6 years of experience in the window industry, Brad is a versatile professional with a wealth of expertise in both commercial and residential projects. Dylan Jones

Meet Dylan, a dedicated professional who has made significant contributions to every area of EWC during his impressive 9-year tenure with our company. Beginning as a fabricator, Dylan worked his way up through the ranks, gaining invaluable experience as a site-installer before progressing to production scheduling. In recognition of his hard work and exceptional skills, Dylan was appointed as our Factory Manager 3 years ago. With a long list of impressive skills, he takes great pride in leading and training our factory team to ensure that each and every window is crafted to the highest quality standards.

With a double degree in Commerce from Melbourne University, Yujun has demonstrated a strong work ethic and dedication to her field.
